Investing in real estate is first and foremost a people business and we don't take that lightly. When it comes to our residents, we understand that where they choose to rent and live is also their home and we want that home to be safe, healthy, and welcoming.
We focus on acquiring existing multi-family properties to create affordable housing for the workforce community. When we have properties in our sights, we work to acquire and invite our investor community to join as passive limited partners.
Once we close on a property, we enact a business plan to improve and stabilize, which adds value to the property, driving positive returns for investors and a better community for residents.
As we enact our business plan, we create a better home for residents. We also create cash flow and equity for investors, which we share through frequent cash flow distributions and proceeds upon the sale or refinance of the property.
